Festive and New Year's Opening Times 2025/26

With the Festive Season fast approaching, we wanted to share with you changes to our opening times for the Christmas break and into the New Year, effective from Tuesday 24th  December / Christmas Eve. 

Hub on the Park Café - Festive & New Year Closure dates

• 22nd December 2025: 8am—2pm
• 23rd December 2025: 8am—2pm
• 24th December: 2nd January– Closed
• 5th January 2026: Back to full service

STC Reception 

Please see below changes to the availability of the STC Reception Team.

• 24/12/2025: Business as usual
• Thursday 25th December (Christmas Day) - Closed - Public Holiday
• Friday 26th December (Boxing Day) - No Service Public Holiday
• 29,30/12/25: Business as usual
• New Year's Eve: Half day (closing at 1pm)
• New Year's Day - Closed - Public Holiday 
• Friday 2 January 2026 - Closed

During the closure times, the front doors to the STC will be locked and access to the STC for tenants and visitors will be via keycard entry using the backdoors via the car park.

Free SRP Shuttle Service

24/12/2025 – Morning - normal 'Service 1' and 'Service 2'   /  Evening - 'Service 2' only
29,30/12/25 – Morning and Evening - 'Service 2' only
31/12/25— Morning only - 'Service 2' only / Evening - No service

Normal service resumes from Monday 5th January 2026.

SRP Communications and Engagement Team

The SRP Communications and Engagement Team will be on leave from Monday 23 December and will return to work from Monday 5 January, 2026. During this time please email srpmarketing@surrey.ac.uk and we will respond to your query on return
