We're thrilled to offer 15 Park community members a free opportunity to learn how they can develop new habits to help reduce their environmental impact and lead more sustainable lifestyles.
Starting in W/C 15th April, we’re sponsoring 15 places on the Climate Habits Programme. Climate Habits is an innovative workplace initiative that draws on decades of learning about behaviour change to support people to do more about climate change.
It’s all part of the Park’s and the University of Surrey’s commitment to environmental sustainability and supporting the success of our brilliant entrepreneurial community. We’re looking to welcome participants from 15 different companies at the Park.
Whether you've already done a little or a lot, Climate Habits is designed for anyone who wants to make changes to their lifestyle to live more sustainably. The programme combines behaviour-change theory, impartial information, coach-led group work and easy-to-use digital tools.
Climate Habits is an example of one of the exciting sustainability-focused start-ups in our SETsquared Surrey incubator, based in Surrey Technology Centre.
How the programme will work
You'll be invited to enrol onto the Climate Habits platform, and participate in three, one-hour coach-led workshops, delivered via Microsoft Teams over three consecutive weeks.
According to company, it's more than a training - you'll develop personalised goals and be given some manageable exercise to do in-between workshops to put into practice the topics covered.
